 Hazard observation & risk assessment to ensure implementation of its control measures in various work activities of facility management.
 Implement safe systems of work, promote safety culture & encourage safe behaviours
 Ensure documented health & safety trainings, inspections and audits;
 Investigate incident, accident, near miss and ill health;
 Recommend suitable mitigation for hazards identified within complex activity, work environment & human factors (behaviours);
 Recording of incident, accident, near miss and ill health and producing statistics;
 Carrying out project site inspection to check the HSE policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
 Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements and record for review or evidence;
 Managing and organizing the work with hazardous substances and its safe disposal;
 Regularly inspect tools and equipment’s condition and recommend for repair or replacement if any missing part or
 The correct Issue of permit to work and verification of relevant certificates and documents;
 To check conflict work and add suitable precautions to permits or stop job as required;
 Ensure that Permit Holder is aware of and understands all conditions and precautions specified on the Permit;
 Random check the work site and ensure that the precautions necessary for the safe completion of the work have been carried out and remain in place until the job is complete;
 Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health safety welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business;
 Ensure availability of adequate first aid and welfare facilities for all employee and visitors;
