•Creating Equipment General Arrangement Drawings and Welding Detail, Nozzle Orientation, Pipe Supports, Pipe support clips, shell core develop to the Detailed Engineering.
•Good in drafting, developing data's into Fabrication drawings using various computer Aided Design Tools.
•To Receive and Discus to the engineering drawing comments Update to the client Comments.
•To send a Drawings and Engineering Related Documents, and maintaining those Records. And creating 2D & 3D Drawings using by CAD Software's.
•Liaison with the other Discipline Team (Process, E&I, Civil and Structural etc) and Project Managers / Engineers.
•Mobilization site layout drawing, good in manually drafting. Assistance in preparation of monthly progress report.
•Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of projects shop drawing schedule. All shop drawings submittal receipt back of approved drawings. Model updating of lines based on STRESS/SUPPORT comments and Plot Plan & Equipment Layout Drawings and preparing piping layout Drawings.
•Drafting of Piping Plans and P & ID of Boilers, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and process equipments oil & gas sector.
•Knowledge with standard international Standards and specification.
•As-built drawing preparation and record Maintaining.

Responsibilities:
•Design and drafting the fabrication Drawings of Offshore & Onshore Oil and Gas Process Equipment’s like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Filters, Columns, Reactor, Buoy and Skid Mounted Engine-plunger Pump Mixer Assembly, Compressor and Skid Modules for Petroleum Refinery Plant.
•Piping Engineering Activities like Piping Layout, Isometric Drawing, Piping GA & Orthographic Drawing preparation for EPC based projects.
•To Involve the Conceptual Study, FEED Engineering, Detailed EPC Engineering work and Prepare component specification for purchase Items.
•Creating Equipment General Arrangement Drawings and develop to the Detailed Engineering.
•Drafting a PFD, P&ID, Plant Layout and Fabrication Work detail drawing and Templates Creating.
•To Prepare & maintain valve dimension data Sheets, Preparation of Detailed & Section drawings.
•Model (Pipe supports) updating of lines based on STRESS Analysis report.
•Preparation of Preliminary and Final Bill of Material (BOQ).
•2D and 3D modeling used by various CAD Tools.
•Involved in Client Tags Closure and Re-routing of lines based On Client’s Tags and Model Updating as per equipment’s as per latest vendor drawing.
•Isometric Extraction of lines and Checking of Isometric drawing as per designer Checklist.
•As-built drawing preparation and record Maintaining.
Drafting the Detailed Fabrication Drawings of Static Equipments like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns and Boilers Drawing.
•Generating new product designs and modifying existing designs for customers.
•Report problems and deficiencies in the design and brief to an appropriate person and Managing CAD projects.
•Itemising all components and materials for all jobs in production.
•Provide technical advice and assistance to the production team.
•Maintain drawing files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
•Ensure that drawings take full regard of all health and safety requirements.
•Working on general arrangement drawings & detailed designs using AutoCAD Software.
•To make digital presentation drawings for Plans, Elevations, Orientation, Section and General Arrangements.
•Preparation of formwork/reinforcement/detail plans, etc.
•Subcontractor submittals and submittal records. Drawing distribution, drawing records. Good in Detailed Drawing and preparing workshop drawings.
•As-built drawing Preparation and Maintaining.
