Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of DEWA Strategic Projects related to 400 & 132kV Projects - Review Projects Baseline Schedules taking in consideration project priorities and associated risks and incorporate the same within DEWA ERP System (SAP) to ensure consistent, effective & efficient execution - Weekly / Monthly Follow-up Meetings with Contractors as part of DEWA Program Management Team - Weekly Report of Projects Progress & Departmental KPIs to Management, contributing to the achievement of Transmission Power Strategic Objectives - Key contributor in establishing Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation strategy & roadmap within Transmission Power division.
Emphasizing the concept of project planning being a key success factor for managing projects, supported by management and concerned stakeholders.
Developing project planning strategy and objectives in alignment with corporate goals serving as unified platform for projects coordination.
Overlook newly‐awarded and ongoing projects and provide guidelines related to execution, control and resources requirements.
Reviewing contract documents including project requirements, scope of work, and time frame.
Preparing, updating, & monitoring Master Baseline schedules.
Resource & Cost loading & preparing Manpower Histogram & Cash Flow Curves.
Coordinating with Commercial, Technical, Procurement, & Production Managers for program schedules and work progress.
Preparing, updating, & monitoring the Project Progress & Key Project Indicators
Develop Recovery Schedules in case of Delays.
Tracking & monitoring Delay Events & assisting in developing Extension Of Time Claim.
Meeting with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress.
Chairing Weekly Co‐ordination meeting & Liaising between different departments.
Highlight challenges & critical issues related to Project Execution.
Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports for the Upper Management & Client/Consultant.
