MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Reviewing the tender drawings, specification and Preparing the technical clarification request for consultant submission
• Design review and co-coordinating with design team for Shop drawings.
• Preparing Material take off (MTO), sending enquiries and generating quotations.
• Preparing Material submittal and getting the approvals from the Consultants / Clients.
• Assistance in Supervision on the work execution.
• Proactively working on best practices, engineering guidelines and internal procedures.
• Ensure timely clearances of Civil related works.
• Preparation of production of shop drawings and builder work drawings
• Develop construction drawings in accordance with design consultants representing the client.
• Coordinate with Civil Contractor, Consultant, and Project Managers to ensure that all project requirements are incorporated in construction drawings
• Guide and provide consultation to the internal project design team of Engineers and Draftsmen for producing accurate drawings
• Coordinate with other various Electrical services during the preparation of drawings
• Comply with quality assurance procedures during design and contractual obligations
• To get approval with Uptime Institute (TIER III) for smooth completion of the project.
• Coordination with other departments for receipt of equipment at site.
• Raise Request for Information (RFI) to Consultant to resolve conflicting or missing information required for drawing.
• Scheduling the erection of the equipment and follow up with sub-contractors
• Planning the manpower requirements.
• Getting certification from Clients / Consultants.
• Plan & Arrange for the Testing & Commissioning.
• Arrange training program for the workers involved in the execution of the project activities.
• Attend review meetings with the Civil Contractor and Consultant for keeping up with the project schedule
• Proper Documentation for project handing over and close out.
• Preparation of Pricing / Quotation for all non-schedule / Additional works, approval from Client.

• Level of accuracy of design drawings as per requirements
• Economical design in terms of proper utilization of material
• Level of compliance with QA/QC & HSC procedures
• Timely production of construction drawings
• Profitability and cost-control of design phase
Additional Responsibility:
• Cost Estimation and tendering for Data Center, Commercial & Residential Buildings, Stadium, Villas, Hotel, Palace & Hospital Projects.
