Controls the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by projects or departments. Responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents. General duties include typing, filing, faxing, mailing, proofreading and answering phones. Answers multiple telephone lines and give out routine information. Correspondence: Collects & records in-coming mails and records, stamps and posts out-going mails, as well as print e-mails. Sends and receives couriers.
Organizes ticketing and hotel reservations for visiting guests. Organizes itinerary and books rooms for meetings & conferences. Generates Attendance reports for all staff members and commutes Payroll. Generates Sales reports at various periods for performance assessment. Documents data entries of all items to be delivered to the store. Prepares various reports, including stock, and takes discrepancy reports. Enters Price Discounts into the system in preparation with Sale & revised pricing.
