Establish the Quality, Health and Safety and Environment management system; including all the relevant processes; within Deyaar Owners Association Management LLC.

Attend external / internal H&S meetings and prepare action plans and monitor implementation of the same.
Ensure regular H&S, E inspections are carried out and verify it is compliance with legislative needs / Company procedures.
Coordinate with Fire Services Department with regard to internal / external fire management systems
Assist Owners Association on matters related to health and safety and provide necessary advice to the owners and board members as appropriate.

Responsibilities: * Implement, monitor and review the HSE plan at the project.
Prepare risk assessment and environmental assessment for site activities, products and services.
Review and comment on HSE plans issued by the subcontractors.
Support the project manager to ensure the effective delivery of the project, within the required health, safety and environmental requirements.
Monitor implementation of HSE standards by all subcontractors at site.
Study any special execution activities at site and prepare task specific safety plan to prevent damage to people and property.
Collaborate with Project management team and front line supervision in promoting environmental, health and safety concerns.
Ensure that safe working procedures are in place for enforcement of safety rules on a day to day basis.
Issue, follow up and conclude Improvement Notices within defined deadlines.
Conduct safety audits and submit reports maintaining the defined HSE protocols.
Seize, render harmless or appropriately dispose off any substances or articles, in consultation with the Project Manager, if it is a source of imminent danger or serious personal injury.
Conduct/ ensure Tool Box Talks are effectively carried out and maintain records of the same.
Ensure and coordinate so that corrective and preventive actions are taken if any unsafe acts/situation is observed.
Propose stoppage of any activity posing a major hazard to life and property.
Conduct investigations of accidents and/ or incidents and submit reports to Project Manager / Head QHSE.
Co-ordinate with Project Manager, Main Contractor and other Sub Contractors for scheduling Safety meetings, and prepare the minutes of meetings and follow up on actions decided.
Arrange to provide training to employees on various topics related with site safety.
Prepare MSDS register for all hazardous materials and train personnel for its safe handling, transportation and storage.
Prepare monthly HSE statistics reports, analyze and initiate corrective and preventive measures and maintain records.
Upgraded safety levels to successfully complete 2 projects with 0 LTI record.
