• Responsible for receiving, logging all incoming and outgoing correspondences, material submittals, shop drawings…etc. and ensure accurately distributed to relevant parties.
• Ensuring sequential numbering system in each and every outgoing correspondences, quality formats being used adequately for transmittals to Clients, Contractors and other parties if any.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Provide an accurate and updated archive of project documents in an easily accessible way.
• Maintain updated records and back up of all documents both hard and soft copies and ensure proper filing system.
• Maintain a tracking facility to enable documents to be retrieved easily and in quickly manner.
• Submitting material submittals, shop drawings, correspondence and other documents through Online Document System (Oracle-Primavera Unifier Project Controls).
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
