Delivering coordination work for the projects implemented under the Financial Services line of business. Responsible for the support of all project management activities, with a strong emphasis on reporting and data analytics.
Preparing monthly product & market analysis reports on specific projects with the aim of identifying any gaps between the project’s performance against its predefined success criteria.
Creating consolidated reports for all existing customers (carriers).
Preparing visualizations (PowerPoint) of report highlights/findings to be presented to the manager and other project stakeholders.
Coordinating collection and analysis of Buy Back & Trade In activities in MENA, with invoicing and reconciliation on a weekly basis;
Following up on payments and credit notes per schedule specified in existing contracts;
Managing global master sheets for a daily enrollment report;
Providing support on monthly pricing updates and analysis on Global Programs.

Providing employees monthly attendance to the Finance Department.
Preparing monthly Payroll Report.
Computing monthly Overtime for Payroll.
Preparing monthly PowerPoint Report for the HR Manager.
Capitalization of all fixed assets of the company.
Calculating gains or losses on disposal of fixed assets.
Preparing month end banks reconciliation for all the accounts of the company.
Preparation and Posting of all sales invoices.
Preparation of LPO for the suppliers.
