Processing of employment visa, client smart card & renewals to ensure compliance with DIFC Labor Law
Obtain salary certificates and NO objection certificates from DIFC
Guide & advise management on all the DIFC Government related matters
Produce reports and statistics as required

• Responsible for efficiently & effectively completing all processes for new hires & internal moves
• Offer letter creation, pre-employment verification check, co-ordination with external vendors, issue hiring forms (EHFs - Employee Hiring Form), employment contract packs
• Meet turnaround times and quality standards regarding contract management and Talent Acquisition related Right Start pre-employment activities (e.g. issuing induction packs, ensuring timely creation of Bank ID), in line with global standards and service level agreements
• Ensure pre-employment checks are completed in line with global minimum standards, managing any discrepancies or delays with the vendor, candidate or hiring manager (as appropriate)
• Develop effective relationships with (Senior) Talent Acquisition Managers / Specialists, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and service levels are met
• Ensure compliance with relevant operational and people risk controls and employment legislation e.g. data protection
• Produce high level of personalized customer service and maintain the customer relationships by handling any questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Proactively handle problems and inform employees / management of any issues or important updates
• Develop and manage consistent approach to communicating updates to employees regarding the medical & visa stages
• Implement systems and procedures to streamline administrative affairs
• Promote high quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
• Manage GRO budget / billing procedures / accounts / invoices
• Hands on experience working on SAP ERP - sales force
•Assisting the Recruitment Managers in the ongoing Recruitment process in the bank
•Fully involved in the process of after selection of a candidate
•Issuing contract for selected candidates
•Handling the visa process for the new candidates

•Completing the HR formalities which includes
o pre joining formalities
o scheduling inductions
o keeping a track of all the updates on new hire

•Actively Support all businesses on the visa / Labor card process
•Daily contact with PRO to facilitate the visa / Labor Process
•Ensure all job applicants and Line Mangers are updated on the status of their visas/Labor cards application
•Educate Line Managers on the Visa processes as when required to enhance the candidates on the on boarding experience
•Partner with HRSSC to create a seamless HR service Delivery
•Partner with HRSSC to create a CV data base
•Send Personal Files to HRSSC and insure updated tracker list
•Help employees with their daily inquiries
•Settle Recruitment Agency invoices as well as Crown Relocation invoices
•Sending Weekly Reports for Visa updates and Date of Joining Reports to the concerned parties to simplify the Recruitment Process
