Head of Finance of a real estate company by using the company’s funds to

and overseas.
• Identified electricity energy loss which represents 12% of the actual
consumption of an international hotel brand from April 2016 till September
2017. The energy loss resulted in additional electricity cost of AED
710, 870.
• Identified fees paid by a company to its Operator and other parties in excess
of the agreed amounts in the relevant agreements and contracts.
