Support the delivery of projects initiated by the bank.
o Managed multiple enterprise initiatives with budgets over KWD 2 million, within
time and allocated budget.
o Monitor and managing projects performance in terms of budget, resources, and
timelines.
o Ensure project requirements are being delivered as per organization requirements &
policy from system security, performance, operational risks, technology, and audit
perspectives.
o Identify risks and issues to be escalated to the key stakeholders, business owners
and business sponsors with recommended mitigation.
o Ensuring all project requirements, communications, agreements, and decisions are
documented for audit & documentation purposes.
o Generate weekly analysis on project status in terms of overall status, risks, and
issues.
o Create project plan & milestone factoring in resources availability, timelines &
budget.
o Review engagement contracts and provide feedback to stakeholders.
o Partner with the Facilities Department, in implementing best practices in Vendor
Relationship frameworks and guidelines.
o Support contract negotiation efforts led by Facilities Team and ensure supplier
compliance of agreements to policies and practices.
o Provide oversight and produces recommendations, and execute tactics to deliver
requirements within budget, timeline & mitigating risks.
o Serve as first point of contact to project stakeholders.
o Use data extensively and build analytical capabilities to measure and maximize
performance.
o Evaluate project stakeholders & 3rd party vendors performance during
implementation of project in project closer report, including area of improvements.
o Delivered projects, for example but not limited: Tokenization (Samsung Pay, Fit Bit
Pay & Garmin Pay), KNPS (Kuwait National Payment System), Cheques QR-Code,
RPA for Information Security, Power Bi dashboard, Cards system upgrade (Power
Card V3.5) & E-KYC (Proof of Concept)
