⦁ Preparing all architectural drawings including details
⦁ Coordinate design projects with other architects and engineering disciplines
⦁ Assist the senior architect for all duties related to architectural tasks, and projects relevant tasks.
⦁ Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of qualification.
⦁ Interior details including furniture design and details
⦁ Prepare client presentations
⦁ Solve problems by exercising creativity and sound professional judgment
•Perform as an Architect in office, including design (2d & 3d), project development and follow up with local authorities.
•Prepares B.O.Q and B.O.M
•Perform as Supervisor on site.
•Monitors all related work activities and assigned task being done on site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology.
•Interprets and execute plans and specifications.
•Check work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site.
•Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related to work activity.
•Coordinates and monitors subcontractor works on proper execution and compliance to quality plan.
•Furnishes plans/details for the contractor as well as informing them of the changes or additive/deductive works on site.
•Evaluates and checks work accomplishments versus submitted billings.
•Coordinates the requisition, issuance and the timely delivery required materials on site.
•Ensures that all materials to be installed comply with the approved submittals and tests.
•Conducts “time and motion study” and documents man hour productivity on assigned scope of works.
•Ensures the proper stock filing and safekeeping of the company-owned equipment/tools.
•Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives of the project.
•Accomplishes and prepares QA/QC checklist and daily report.
•Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment
•Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
•Coordinate with Senior Architect regarding planning of the store, including architectural drawings using auto-cadd (2d) and Revit, Sketch up /Vray (3d).
•Attends meeting regarding the project.
•Perform as Supervisor on site.

1. Responsible for the exterior and interior design and compliance to local and international codes of Commercial Buildings, Private Residences, Offices and Agricultural structure
2. Prepare the following pre-construction documents:
•building permit
•sanitary permit
•electrical permit
•bill and quantity of materials
•specifications
•other supporting documents
3. Takes initiative on design direction and providing quality management.
4. Responsible for the compliance of details and plans to local code and national standards.
5. Prepare all working drawings using AutoCAD in time or a head of time, such as:
•Detailed Floor Plan
•Sections
•Elevations
•Site Development Plan
•Detailed Sanitary Layout
•Electrical Layout, Load Schedule and Computation
•Detailed Civil & Structural Plan
•Detailed Furniture Design
•Exterior and Interior 3d using Sketch Up
•Interior design
•Signage layout
•Landscape
•Furniture Design and Layout
•Doors & Windows Detailed Design
6. Understands and performs changes, additions, and/or revisions as required by the owner.
7. Review and familiarize with the approved shop drawings, specification and other contract documents of the project.
8. Arrange and attend to meeting with sub-contractors, suppliers, Project Engineer, Managers and Owner and other involving people.
9. Site Supervision:
•Deployed in site nationwide to supervise and check the quality of work and workmanship.
•Implement approved design and specifications.
•Make on site decision when needed.
•Responsible for the materials are based on the approved quality and specifications or approved equal.
•Monitor the workers to ensure that the project is on or a head schedule.
•Responsible for the projects have enough man power as well as machine and equipments.
•Make on site revision when needed.
•Monitor the delivery of materials to ensure to meet the deadline.
•Deployed in site to get the exact measurement of the existing structure and make a decision if it can be use or not.
10. Design and implements changes when needed and/or required by the Owner and/or Manager.
11. Responsible for monthly monitoring of payments for materials.
12. Performs other work from other discipline that may be assigned from time to time.
13. Prepares post-construction documents such as:
•As Built Plan
•Occupancy Permit
•Business Permit
14. Deployed and monitor the finished project to ensure that the quality of work was performed well as expected.
