• Setting up the LCD projectors, computers, interactive system for different lectures, conferences or activities
• Servicing of defective equipment’s.
• Responsible for inventory of AV equipment’s, handling, sending and return back from outside events.
• Provide photo/Video coverage as per requests
• Audio Video recording, editing and publishing for different events and study materials for training in different multimedia formats.\]
• Managing webhosting (WHM) and email marketing for events
Responsibilities: Administrative
• Raising purchasing requisition through online system for different purchasing requirement of the entire department including technical systems/devices.
• Evaluating tenders/bids and selecting best proposals and purchase new AV equipment’s / services coordinated with purchasing department.
• IMS (Integrated Management System- ISO) task force member.
• Engineering (MEP) coordinator within the department.
• Logistic purchase coordinator
• Reservation management of Auditorium or other venues for different kind of programs/ activities
• Coordinate with Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM) for event permissions,
• Communication with internal and external clients,
• Event management, Venue management, Logistic management, Refreshment management for events
