Key Functions:
Currently serving in a HR Generalist profile
Recruitment:
• Manage complete recruitment cycle across all levels, functions and TMM properties from sourcing to onboarding to completed probation period to residence transfers
• Administer written or psychometric assessments as appropriate; evaluate and analyze results
• Prepare recruitment reports and related analytics such as speed/fill time, strike rate, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, etc.
HR Generalist:
• Maintain an updated log of Job Descriptions
• Manage Employer Branding by preparing, posting and following through on content for TMM career page, and other social media websites (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) with Marketing
Training:
• Conduct Training Need Analysis and identify training programs to fix gaps in performance
• Manage E-Learning platform (LinkedIn Learning) and access for all TMM employees; monitor engagement
• Manage MECSC memberships and facilitate their webinars and training programs
• Facilitate blended learning options with training vendors for trainings in and outside Kuwait
• Link learning and development to performance appraisal cycle and succession planning
