Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/banquet services.
Providing administrative and service support to the Conference & Events Manager by responding to inquiries for event space in a timely and efficient manner
Provide follow up in an effort to convert inquiries to confirmed business, and attend to the delivery of clients'' requests of their event
Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
Visiting Corporate Companies in Sohar on daily basis to introduce about our Rooms, Restaurant, Outlets, Banquets and know the feedback of the guest and to see the possible ways to get the business.
Attending all guest enquiries and solving the complaints if any.
Submitting sales reports on daily, weekly and on monthly basis to see the improvement in business.
Maintaining a complete record of the Corporate Company Clients.
