As a Park Services Supervisor, I have to assist in the management of Aspire logistics public domain operations and handling proper allocation of the department work resources. It is my responsibility to coordinate activities, scheduling work assignments, setting goals & priorities as well as directing the work of subordinate employees. I have to evaluate employee performance and development, implement productivity standards; resolving operations problems and implementing new company procedures. It is our company’s aim to provide high quality services to our clients thus it is imperative to maintain an effective operation management plan and this is the most important role in my given position.

As a Community Services Coordinator, I am responsible for facilitating community events, classes and activities; identifying and fostering development opportunities in line with the company mission and vision; preparing budget and logistics for proposed activities and programs; ensuring public input into development plans and projects; and administering and monitoring community empowerment and transfer initiatives. I also have to ensure that every events, classes or activities and services provided will be beneficial to all Qatar Foundation community.

• As an Advance Customer & Technical Support Agent for SPI Global, my major function is to address clients concerns with their account and help fix technical issues in their system. To achieve that, I have to provide technical and network problem resolutions to company clients and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services; I build good relationship with the company clients to ensure repeat sales. Providing an outstanding service to clients and upholding the company’s image is one of the important roles in my given position.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, my major function is to develop sales and marketing activities which will generate maximum revenue for the company. To achieve that, I have to identify & approach potential new clients and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales. I build relationship with those I transact to ensure repeat sales. Expanding and enhancing existing marketing activities to guarantee awareness of the product and company among all target groups plays also an important role in my given position.

As a Sales and Operations Officer, I have to ensure that local and international shipment must have accurate details. Also all deliveries must be properly monitored to meet on time requirement of the clients. In addition, I do multi-tasking by participating sales blitzes to generate additional revenue, attract potential clients and to introduce new items to different target markets.

As a CSR, I answer calls to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice/billing queries, and customer complaints. I am also responsible to project a professional company image through phone interaction.

I am responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. These include coordinating activities among various departments, such as kitchen, dining room, banquet operations and entertainment. I also ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. In addition, I oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, its equipment, and facilities. I am also responsible for all of the administrative and human-resource functions of running the business, which comprises recruiting new employees and monitoring employee performance and training.

As a Marketing assistant, I work hard to promote and market our talents. I meet with the managers of bars and restaurants, advertising companies, and other companies which may need talents for the promotion of their products. Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities.
