— Developing bid strategies and conducting pre-bid agreements with sub-contractors and vendors.
— Market & competitor analysis. Creating industry relationships with partners to increase presence in National and International market.
— Sourcing strategy, vendor assessment & development and conducting strategic alliance with key suppliers /partners at the bidding stage.
— Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process. Developing & implementing pricing strategy as per the rule of the land and conducting bid pricing.
— Project Management and execution ensuring completion within budgeted cost & schedule with adherence to contractual, commercial, technical, and quality requirements.

— Screening potential business opportunities by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials and assisting in the preparation of bid strategy.

— Full project life cycle execution right from conceptualization stage to commissioning of the plant within stipulated time and budget.
— Handling tendering functions involving evaluation of vendors and contractors to match the project requirements.

— Administering the construction phase of the project. Review of drawings and analysis of alternative designs and construction procedures and method statements submitted by the Contractor.
— Maintain strict control over the quality of workmanship. Performing inspection of works and notifying the contractor of any defects to be rectified. Preparing modifications plans as necessary.
— Managing project planning and scheduling ensuring resource optimization.
