• Assess the demand for products range offered by the company and its competitors among the Architects, Builders, Consultants & Contractors.
• Identify Potential customers & areas of growth.
• Proposing upcoming projects to the management to capitalize on such opportunities through market intelligence activities.
• Oversee product development, monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
• To get the approval of Duravit make in the projects through involved architects & consultants.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
• Conduct product information seminars at architects & consultants offices.
• Develop communication; enhance trade recommendations, service level adherence & expansion.
• Maintain timely MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the company regarding sales, business development, etc. for budgetary & strategic review to enhance the business of the company.
