• Spearheading the QA/QC department and give guidance with reference to the codes and standards
• Technical review of the Project specification during bidding & before Execution & Assisting the Sales team related to technical clarification during bidding
• Attend the Pre inspection meetings and Project initiation meetings to outline the project requirements prior to the start

• Setting and Monitoring the Project specific KPIs & Preparing the Quality Performance Analysis Report
• Conducting the Meeting along with Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers & Manufactures for Technical Matters
• Preparing the QMS, FPC, WMS, AISC & ISO Audit related documents & Attending External Audits
• Part of Team for acquiring AISC, EN 1090-1, ISO 3834, ISO 9001 Certification for the Company.
• Conducting the training for welders, welding Foreman and Quality Inspectors
• Conducting inspection of the material, Coordinate and witness lab tests for raw materials weld samples, and Fasteners to ensure that they are as per the specifications
• Conducting WQT, WPQR & generating WPS, WPQR & WQT Certificates.
• Maintaining MRBs
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Monitor an efficient system, record project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods, maintain quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to consultant
• Recruiting for positions related to the Quality Control Inspector & Calculating the Monthly department overhead cost.
• Reviewing Mill Test Certificates, Product Data Sheets and Lab Reports.
• Spearheaded the QA/QC department and reported to Quality Control Manager.
• Inspected the materials upon delivery for approval.
• Organised various types of Non-destructive testing and computed quantities whenever required.
