• Liaise with various government bodies and agencies from time to time to obtain inputs or seek approvals on projects.

Project Description: “Al-Bandar Infra Mixed Used Development Project”
Major responsibilities:
• Act as the Lead Project Manager of overall coordination and management of assigned infrastructure facilities projects.
• Interface with Master Planning team, Engineering, Procurement, stakeholders, to define the technical design basis, schedule, development implementation plan, lead efforts of RFP development, tender bidding, and award, and manage the overall development process.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings in support of the client, as necessary.
• Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Makes recommendations to create project teams capable of completing effective quality work.
• Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the goals established in these plans.
• Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through the application of Quality Assurance processes. King Abdullah Financial District Project (KAFD)
** Saudi Arabia's financial district will be built close to the business centre of Riyadh. The site is 1.6 million square meters and the development will have floor space of over 3 million square meters. Tallest building 60 floors
Major responsibilities:
• Project management and appropriate delivery strategies to complete the works within time, scope, budget, and quality levels.
• Ensure that all works are carried out by current legislation, the Company Health & Safety Policy, procedures, and safe working practices
• Lead progress meetings with stakeholders to achieve a milestone and mitigate issues at an earlier stage.
• Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices.

Major responsibilities:
• Assist the project manager to manage the project and the formal communication with the stakeholder.
• Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
• Prepare weekly, monthly reports on project progress for the Employer’s representative, prepare and conduct presentations as required.
• Assist the project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and are meeting client expectations.
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
• Reports and prepares Project Summary sheets regularly for updating the Client.
Accomplishments:
• Completed 15 islands with 3000 No’s villas and luxury resorts. Durrat Al Bahrain.

Palm Jumeirah Marina Apartments Project
” 06 precast high rise towers each 15 floors including Car parking Podium and Townhouse.
Major responsibilities:
• Preparation of site reports, meeting minutes, change orders and other items are required to properly document construction efforts.
• Work with the contractors, clients, and project team during construction to meet our client’s project requirements.
• Develop positive relationships and ensure positive resolutions with all project contacts.
• On-going communication with the Site Superintendent to ensure labor, equipment, and scheduling needs are being met as well as projected a minimum of two weeks ahead.
• Visit the Jobsite regularly to ensure the project is progressing on schedule and is compliant with contract drawings and specifications;

Extension of Aga Khan Hospital & Medical College
** 721 bed hospital, a community clinic capable of treating 1, 500 outpatients daily, The facilities occupy approximately 84, 650 square meters on an 80 acre site in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing Supervisors, Foreman and surveyors to ensure project run smoothly.
• Full time involve at site to get progress from the site workers to meet project deadlines.
• Submission and follow up of Inspect request, samples, materials, to consultant on time.
• Focusing on quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that construction is performed as per approved HSE plan.
• Coordination between all discipline engineers structural architectural and MEP.
• Monitoring sub-contractor progress and quality work.
• Coordinating for testing of materials, processes or systems related to engineering works.
