• Oversee preventive maintenance process by scheduling inspections of building systems and equipment to determine repair needs and remaining useful life cycle and also ensure that all new or changed, retired assets are updated in the Computer Web Based Maintenance Management System by monitoring the submission through the Marriott Transcendent Asset Management change request system.
• Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC equipment’s
• Direct or train workers to install, maintain, and repair equipment’s.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Provided routine maintenance to Electrical, and other equipment, following manufacturer specifications for optimal performance.
• Ability to maintain Spa Equipment’s such as Steam Generators, Sauna, Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi etc.,
• Managed day-to-day work for maintenance and repair of all Electrical, HVAC (AHU, FCU), and plumbing, lighting systems to correct faults and restore functioning.
• Check with manufacturers to pursue warranties for defective equipment in the property.
• Check and Coordinate with sub-contractors to complete /Life and Safety Equipment PPM (Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting Systems etc., ) in the property.
• Order items, including filling out requisitions, obtaining manager approval, and using appropriate vendors to procure parts and components for equipment’s.
• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs smooth and efficiently.
• Prepare Tender Scope of Work for the Engineering Projects on request from Director of Engineering.
• Respond to emergencies caused by fire, power outage, gas leaks, and water leaks and performed emergency repairs.
• Manage an inventory of supplies and tools to stay ready for any maintenance or repair need.
Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in development of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
