Responsible to manage the complete HSE (Health Safety Environment of factory)
Responsible to arrange the contractors for Fertilizer Bagging at Port and Warehouses.
Responsible to manage the production of Nutraful Fertilizer Products at Rahim Yar Khan.
o Quality Control & HSE:
Responsible to provide the all products and services as per agreed Quality Control Standard.
Responsible to organize HSE at all levels through:
• Supervision of dedicated resources
• SOP
• Check List
• Training
• Periodical and surprised audits.
o Warehousing:
Warehousing arrangement at factory and regions for the storage of:
• Pesticides, Micro-nutrients and specialty fertilizers.
• Classical & Nutraful Fertilizer
• Drip irrigation Project Inventories.
• House Hold and Decorative products.
Logistics & Transport:
• Transport and Logistics for import
• Transport contract and negotiation for the transportation from Karachi to all over Pakistan.
• Transport contract and negotiation for the transportation from Regional warehouses to Customers.
• Responsible to perform Key role of Project management of Production, Plant, HSE, Quality Control, Process Development and Logistics.

Warehouse & Distribution Management.
• Responsible for the management of the day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control for a large distribution center.
• Supervise and coordinate the unloading of inbound shipments.
• Orderly stacking of product and the picking and staging of outbound shipments.
• Manage the distribution center transportation fleet.
• Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with such activities as production, sales, records control, and purchasing.

Distribution & Logistics.
• Review and approval of all Stocks Transfer from Production to warehouses.
• Review & approval of Sales Invoices.
• To track the transfer pricing rates for corporate and retail deals.
• Ensure the transactions of Debit / Credit Notes.
• Tracking and follow up of Accounts Receivables
• Maintain relationships with department leaders to resolve Sales Invoice discrepancies/issues.
