Job Profile
• Responsible for maximizing sale, profitability and targets for retail sales for entire region.
• Allocating daily, monthly, quarterly and individual targets to each showrooms.
• Motivating, supporting and pushing team to generate more sales.
• Taking business from outdoor sales as well. Sending sales person to visit market to bringing cash business from outdoor market.
• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
• Keeping an eye on competitors and market.
• Taking monthly and random inventory at all stores, checking cash and hygiene at stores.
• Taking care of all operation, technical and other work require at all store within region.
• Analyzing staffs performance and giving training if require for and making KPIs of staffs.
• Conducting test of employees to check efficiency and discussing ideas to uplift sales and also motivating team to think and apply new ideas for the same.
• Meeting with mall’s management discussing sales and marketing strategies, taking some free marketing space and podium for branding & promoting the company and its products.
• Taking care of trading license and promotional license from related department, also taking care of maintenance work or any work related to government departments.
• Allocation of staffs, scheduling, maintain attendance in time keeper (Matrix).
• Reporting to GM Retail sale on daily basis.
• Taking applicants initial round of interviews and helping in hiring process for new sales candidates.
• Market exploration for development of business.
• Meeting with showroom/shop/store owners and managers.
• Generating orders, leads, sales and payments.
• Maintaining strong trustworthy relation with customers.
• Handling all operation related to run business smoothly.
• Handling walk-in customers, selling perfumes and merchandising of products.
• Well care of new arrivals & highlights to all.
• Maintaining good relation with customers, keep customer aware about all scheme & new products.
