Handling plant operations and process.
• Benzene evaporation and cracking, benzene recovery.
• Biphenyl and terphenyl distillation (vacuum distillation).
• HTP hydrogenation reaction and rectification process.

Pree-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
Hydro/pneumatic pressure test.

Closely coordinate with Shift In charge & DCS Operator in plant start-up, shutdown,
troubleshooting and any routine activity and emergencies.
• Maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
• Patrol tank farm area to inspect pumps, motors, valves, piping and tank level.
• Respond to product spill and emergency.
• I have been completed the firefighting training.
Equipment Handling: -
• Distillation columns, Degassing column, Absorption Tower, scrubber, heat exchanger,
condenser, Blower, Kiln, Rotary vacuum dryer, Screw Conveyer & Belt Conveyer, Backet
Elevator, Furnace. Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, cand motor pump, different types of valves.
