Starting in June 2013 a new challenging position as Senior Design Architect in one of the most recognized Consultancies in Middle East, leading Mega scale projects such as:

- Designing Ministry of Housing Master Plans in the Western Region (from 4, 500 to 50, 000 population new settlements in Taif, Mekka, Medina, etc) from the Concept Design to Final Design. Comprehensive urban planning that intend to create new pedestrian inertias, relation with the context and developing the concept of livable and healthy neighborhoods.
- Designing for the MOH master plans 4 diferent Villas prototypes ranging from 300 to 450 sqm

- Member of Design Review Panel (DRP) in the King Abdullah Financial District for 10 high rise buildings and 12 iconic facilities (Natural Museum, Butterfly Dome, Visitor Center and Library, Conference Center, Cata Center, styling Cooling Centers, Substations, etc) from SOM, Foster, Gensler, Henning Larsen Architects, Zaha Hadid, Artikel, etc.

- MODON Jeddah 4 Living Community (1, 2 Mill sqm - 2, 500 units)
Coordinating Designer with S-MEP Department in the Multifamily Apartment buildings, Villas and Leasing Center
Lead Designer for Bachelor Apartments, Club Houses an other facilities,
Coordinating with all disciplines for Final Design Development.

- Retail Advisory and Strategy support for the whole King Abdullah Financial Center. Developing from the architectural view spatial relations in the whole site that can reinforce the ideas of the Retail consultant (Jones Lang LaSalle). A complex retail experience will be developed in this new District in 3 diferent levels B1, GF and !st level connected through pedestrian routes and skywalks that get into the diferent 50 high rise buildings.

- Saudi Electrical Company New Headquaters SEC. (120.000 sqm above ground- 204.000 sqm below ground) Involved in the design team and project development for a large office development with a complex program

- Strategic and Touristic Plan for historical city and natural site of Al Ulla.Analisys of the strongs and weaks of an unique and outstanding site. Recognising all the potential and hig hlighting areas to be preserve as a first step to offer a full touristic package to the visitor and a new approach to the resident.

- Interior Design for high end office and apartment 3.04 and 3.05 towers in the KAFD. Exclusive and adaptive test fiting designs for specific clients and neccesities.

- Energy Cogeneration Regulatory Agency ECRA Space Program for the new Headquarters. Elaborating the space program constraints and possibilities of a large headquarters focused in an open working environment and representing values of sustainability, efficiency and public service.
