Major Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Global Coordination of the Project, including
among others, the coordination of the Engineering, Supplies, Civil Construction, Electrical
and MEP activities related to the construction of power substations, as well as the progress
measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure, Prepare cost estimation
• Schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment’s and
Materials) availability, production and construction sequences.

Project Major Scope:
• Provide Train-1 & 2 Start-Up Flare Reduction Piping Project Phase-II including associated works. This includes Piping works, Structural modifications, E&I Works and provision of Pipe supports etc.
Major Responsibilities:
• Preparing schedule, Planning & Progress Reports/Statements
• Working with execution team to help them achieve milestones according to approved schedule.
• Visiting Site daily to get updated progress.
• Preparation of Level IV plan (Resource loaded) on Primavera P6 as per Client requirement.
• Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Client.
• Monitoring through daily/ weekly monitoring S-Curves (Planned vs. Earned Man-hours, Look ahead Plans (Daily, weekly & monthly)
• Procurement of project material as per BOQ/MTO.(such as piping, fittings, valves, steel structure, E&I and civil materials.)
• Getting the Material approved from client as per Ras Gas standards.
• Sub-Contracting arrangement with specialized contractors - such as Scaffolding, Galvanizing, Painting & Insulation and NDT.
• Coordinating with QA/QC to get client inspections and approvals done from Ras Gas.
• Site survey and implementation of work according to the drawings.
• To identify updated requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumables and equipment.
• To implement time management as well as effective use of the manpower.
• Finding root causes for deviations from plan and suggesting solutions to meet targets.
