As a Product Development Manager I am responsible for strategic planning, development and management of new business and investment opportunities.
This includes identifying, screening and analyzing new opportunities and also coordinating with multiple teams, making financial feasibilities, designing policies and reports, engaging vendors and clients to implement new business venture.
I am currently involved in managing development of two new Mobile Apps for the North American Market and a complete new line of business for Digital Technology to diversify into.
My responsibilities include

Major Projects
100 Mbps Broadband over MW Technology
For the first time in the Kingdom, Digital Technology successfully launched a 100 Mbps broadband connection over microwave technology. I was responsible for the complete study, development and implementation of the project.
Coffee, Snack and Beverage Services
This is a new business which the company is venturing into. I developed the complete scope, business plan and feasibility for the project.
I also managed and planned the complete project including procurement, inventory management, HR requirements and all other business requirements. The project is currently in the final phase and nearing full scale launch.
Mobile App to Match Price
We are currently in the process of developing a Mobile App that will help its users select the best sale prices of groceries and enable them to ask for a price match at their preferred grocery store. The App is being developed for the North American Market.
Major Accomplishments
1.In-charge Compliance Department
In 2012 I was made in-charge of the Compliance department for 3 months as the Head of Compliance was sent abroad on an official assignment. I was in effect the acting Head of Compliance.

I was responsible to provide an yearly compliance training to all new and current employees of the bank. My audience comprised of people of all seniority including the CCO & COO.
