• To develop, monitor and reconcile all HR and recruitment reports such as Job Analysis, Performance Management, Daily KPIs and Snapshots of Yielding and Acceptance Ratios.
• As a DB Administrator of Bullhorn Sendouts (Applicant, Job Tracking System & Ticket Troubleshoot), ensure to keep ATS (Sendouts) accurate and up to date, monitoring HR performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front end users. It enables the company to provide smooth end-to-end staff augmentation and RPO services to the clients.

• Converting raw data (CSV) of VMS and CRM into structured tables by using vlookup/hlookup and macros.
• To prepare and circulate business performance trends with periodic timeline including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual classification, along with the one press filter option using slicers.
• Prepare Scorecards of each team for productive and unbiased performance evaluation as well as appraisals.

• Making various value proposition reports and presentations in MS PowerPoint for different clients.
• Making quality Dashboards and Snapshots in MS Excel by using Pivot Tables and Charts with slicer/filter.
• To manage the Package Calculator with the ability to gauge profit margin with hourly/monthly Bill & Pay rate.
