Major Responsibilities:
- Manage all resources and assets to achieve complex, specialized tasks on Generators that includes maintenance, overhaul, repair or modification
- Manage complex service calls and interface with customer personnel to provide quality service feedback on problem evaluation and resolution
- Maintain a database in SAP for all maintenance activities carried out
- Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance schedules through SAP
- Prepare effective teams for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Ensure inventory management and oversee inventory of warehouses SAP
- Regular visits to field areas for assessments of equipment condition and apply repair or improvement measures
- Prepare inspection procedures as per contract
- Prepare Warranty claims and Technical reports
- Supervise a team of 130+ engineers and technicians
- Training of staff and ensure smooth working of Help Desk facility

Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair of High Pressure Gas Compressors, Pharmaceutical machineries and Generators
- Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems
- Plan, manage and evaluate projects, and prepare site layout plan, material (BoQ), cost and timing estimates
- Develop maintenance and service standards, schedules and contracts
- Supervise a team of 30 engineers and technicians
- Preparing guidelines for operators and conducting Technical safety seminars
- Keeping close eye on competitor activities and negotiating with vendors

Production, Planning and Control, Purchase and Store Departments
Major Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new vendors for quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery of materials
- Meet Production and Engineering department demands
- Prepare monthly plans & schedules by considering critical factors: Identifying consumption of materials, Receiving of imported & local items, Delivery time and market terms & conditions
- Issue Manufacturing Work Orders and Purchase Orders
- Ensure safe delivery, storage & handling of materials
- Ensure rejected materials are separately stored or returned to supplier
- Meet requirements of Service centers across Pakistan
