Perform hands-on implementation testing and
Configuration of Dynamics AX Modules-
Procurement &sourcing, Inventory, Retail,
General Ledger, Sales and marketing, Fixed
Assets, Project Management.
Advise customer organization on Dynamics AX
usage and help minimize gaps between
standard AX customer's business processes with
creative configuration.
Participate in the implementation as a subject
matter expert and represent customer's business
requirements.
Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents.
My core responsibilities to involves in Project Management, Analysis & Design, Implementation and Support of Sidat Hyder’s Financials, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain Management.
Responsible for collaborating with business partners to analyze complex business processes, identify problems and develop alternative solutions. Plan the execution of system implementation and integration as well as system and data testing. Involve in projects meetings for resolving project issues, providing cross - divisional system assignments and prioritization of projects.
Provide technical support to customers in solving product functionality problems. Responds to customers’ telephone queries, resolves software & hardware problems and recommends & implements corrective action and guides. Review more urgent and complex problems with product support. Maintain problem status and problem resolution records. Also interface with Software Development and Quality Assurance staff on reliability and maintenance and new enhancements matters. Have an excellent track record of successfully handling software projects.
Ensuring deliverables are developed and completed on schedule, handling integration issues, Conducting Trainings and Testing, , Reviewing design of SCM system to ensure compatibility with the business requirements, Ensuring timely issue resolution or appropriate escalation of issues, Implementing the SCM system as per the approved project plan, Facilitating the collection and analysis of requirements for reports and managing project operations according to the project management methodology.

Description: Sidat Hyder’s Payroll application offers a comprehensive suite of eleven sub modules catering to all the statutory requirement and prevalent market practices in Pakistan. With over 100 implementation sites across industries and difference sectors, the solution offers integration with other international applications like Oracle and SAP as well.
I was an member of organization an international Event at Karachi EXPO center.
-Process identification and documentation of ISO 9000.
-Providing Training of ISO 9000 standard.
-Revised and completed the existing documentation of ISO 9000 System regarding Quality Manual.
-Identify the production procedure gap and implemented productivity improvement procedure Techniques, in-process to Final inspection.
-Supported more than 4 organizations to accomplish certifications of ISO 9000.
-worked as an Internal Auditor.
-Have a sound knowledge of ISO 9000.
i got second division in bachelor of commerce and meanwhile i have also completed computerized accounting course form IBPD.
