I worked with the project as senior executive. worked with the team for new product information, day to day activities and followups.
Role and activities
* Creating & managing computer, user & group accounts in an AD environment.
* Implement Group Policies, User profiles in MS windows server 2008.
* Deploy, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, network configurations and printers.
* Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows XP, Windows7 & 8 and 8.1).
* Test new hardware to ensure it was working effectively.
* Joining the Workgroup Machines to Domain.
* Trouble shooting Local and network printers.
* Resolving customer complaints by using various mediums like email, chat or telephone.
Online configuration of routers globally.
* Online upgradation of bandwidth.
* Online change of site request and its installation at new site.
* Online support/help and solving issues of international customers related to the service.
AMBER GAS AGENCY
Various activities of Gas Management System of Amber Gas Agency for Amplesys Technologies.
Outcome of the project
* Conversion of manual system into online system.
* Improved and efficient work culture.
* Decrease in cost / expenses of company, because less number of skilled labors are required for online system.
* Complete updated system was developed for the company which increased the ranking and status of Amber Gas Agency.
