 Job Profile involves Review of Engineered, Installation & specification of Equipment Drawings, accordingly preparation of work Procedures.
 Supervision of Layout as per drawing and project specification.
 Supervision of all types of civil activities,
 Supervision of all discipline works such as firefighting and fire detection, Electrical& mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing) work with the support of concern department foreman and supervisor.
 Provide the material at the site before the schedule to start the work the site. And strictly follow up the project schedule to complete the work,
 Completed the project with in the contract period,
 Checking of materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
 Interface with client and coordinate with other disciplines.
 Resolving the technical issues with employer’s representatives and statutory authorities.
 Overseeing quality of works and health and safety matters on the site.
 Preparation of daily& monthly accomplishment report and submitted to the client,
 Preparation of daily inspection report to ensure that the on-going activities conform to the schedule and distribute to our staff.
 Receiving the permit from the permit issue office as per safety and job requirement.
 Inspect the all scaffolding on daily basic and proving the proper tagging.
 Testing of all materials as per International Standards & Codes (ASTM, ACI, AASHTO) requirements, Concrete Design Mix, Aggregates, Casting of Cubes/Cylinder, Slump Test, Sieve Analysis, Abrasions Test, Compressive Strength Test, Field Density Test, etc.
 To prepare the R.F.I & attached all the check list
 To prepare the site surveillance reports.
 Weekly meeting with client and discussed on the project progress.
 To ensure safety aspects in all material handling equipment’s.
 Monitoring all kinds of labour strictly with manpower management.
 Weekly & monthly reporting about the progress of work to the concerned higher authorities and maintain all the records of the projects.
 Skilled at interfacing with the employers, contractors and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance.
 Supervision of all discipline works such as firefighting and fire detection, Electrical& mechanical work.
 Having Work Permit Receiver Certificate from Marafiq power and water utility company for jubail and Yanbu, KSA.
 Having scaffold inspector certificate and TUV.
