• Recording Day-to-Day Transactions,
• Handling cash & Bank receipts and payments,
• Ledger postings & maintenance of Books of accounts,
• Preparation & Analysis of Trading, Profit & loss accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation Statement on Weekly/ monthly basis,
• Accounts Receivables and Payables reports,
• Subsidiary company debit/credit notes.
• Preparation of funds inflow and outflow reports on weekly basis,
• Preparation and Distribution of Employee salaries and labour wages on monthly basis (Pay roll)
• Finalizations of accounts.
• Calculating Depreciation etc.
• Management Information Report.
• Reports to FM & MD through Channel, weekly and monthly.
• All works assigned by Finance Manager and MD on time to time basis
• Knowledge of Import & Export matters., including L/C’s.
Checking of Supplier/Sub Contractor Invoices, & verifying with agreement/sub-contract/ P.O & Posting Journal Vouchers for the same, reconcilation of Supplier accounts etc, Bank Reconcilation Statement time to time & Preparation & Checking of Payrols etc
