• Focusing Permanent Placement for IT/ Non IT Recruitment/BPO.
• Meet the target number of daily/weekly/monthly recruits for loading requirements of the company.

• Strategic sourcing through free job portals, paid job portals, referrals and job postings.
• Performing Boolean searching and Advanced searching using keywords
• Screen applicants via conducting behavioural face-to-face interviews and assessing their fit versus the job qualifications from Clients
• Formatting of resource resume according to templates given by client
• Data organization for different IT and Non- IT Skills.
• Advertise job to attract potential resources via Jobstreet, Monster and Linked In portals
• Scrutinize skills matching to job specifications
• Negotiate salary packages and benefits
• Monitoring of candidates from time-to-time for their scheduled interviews to Client site
• Conduct test assessments to candidates as per requirement of Client

Admin Task
• Assist in materials gathering for recruitment event
• Purchase materials needed (canvassing, negotiation, and purchasing)
• Process Payment of cellular phone postpaid bill

Others
• Conducting final interview with the Delivery Manager to gauge whether or not candidate is fit to our team culture
• Conducting training for new comers
