• Assist the Senior Facilities Management with reports, monitoring budgets and evaluating purchases and contracts.
• Managing maintenance team, Electrical coordination, ensuring and evaluates work orders based on FRC for PPM’s & CM’s activities of Electrical Systems (MV, LV, Genset, BMS, Fire Alarm System & Plant Equipment’s etc. with a proactive approach to the managing department and meeting Client’s requests.
• Managing the operations and maintenance of the Buildings- Electrical, HVAC, ELV, & FLS systems.
• In charge for payable projects- variation or enhancement works.
• Assist the Senior Facilities Manager in arranging and overseeing the maintenance team, including systems, ensuring maintenance and necessary repairs are undertaken within time and budget limits. This also includes organizing maintenance and repair projects and managing additional works, including preparing specifications/method statement, obtaining tenders and reviewing contract documentation.

• Review, amend & approve T&C method of statement in accordance with BS standards and design data.
• Prepare T&C schedule and commissioning progress reports.
• Manage group of Engineers in MEP commissioning activities.
