* Manage and oversee Equipment and materials preservation as per standards and project specification.
* Responsible for the quality of equipment installation and piping erection.
* Monitor and control of project progress in comparison with project plan. Coordinate with the sub-contractor for changes in target plan to expedite the work.
* Coordinate with other company discipline like CIVIL, ELECTRICAL for work preceding work.
* Monitor and submission of quality related documents in preparation for attachment to claims and certificates.
* Review drawing for design deficiency (material and equipment specification and piping requirements).
• Oversee the proper Installation of Rotating Equipment such as 10-NEIHOFF GRUPPE Copper Wire Bunching Machines, 4-GOLDEN TECH Extrusion Machine, 8-Coiling Machine, 2-PRO Wire Drawing Machine (8mm to 1.2-4mm) and 2- VINDHYA KABELMAT Drum Twister Machine.
• Responsible in installation of PUMPS (HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL TYPE) for the fire fighting system.
• Piping Installation of different size of the following kinds of pipe: GRP, SUS, CARBON STEEL, PVDF, CPVC, and PVC. Installation of piping appurtenances such Valves, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Actuator.
• Plumbing installation for water supply line, sewage line and storm drainage. Installation of plumbing fixture, Water heater and plumbing accessories.¬
• Responsible in coordination arrangement of materials, equipment and tools needed for the construction. Arrange manpower and their job assignments.
• Responsible in coordinating with Client Consultant for any Corrective Action Report and Non-Conformity Report resolution in order to solve the problem and to finish the project on time.
• Monitor the good workmanship of the workers and oversee the implementation of good engineering practices.
• Also ensuring all works is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken and reviews all inspection reports for compliance. Ensure that safety measures have been complied during work.
• Responsible in installation and maintaining of all equipment in the Plant as follows: Chiller = Repairing, Freon charging, cleaning and troubleshooting problems. Compressor = Repair and Overhauling. Cooling Tower = Cooling Fan and cleaning and repair. Refrigerating Unit = Retrofitting, Freon Charging and Freon Recovery. Pumps = Repairing, Overhauling and coupling alignment. Boiler = Tube & Shell Cleaning and burner trouble shooting.
• Making/Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Cleaning, Change Oil, lubrication and Greasing of all machinery moving parts. Preparation of work order, Maintaining 5S work practice,
• Conduct Training to newly hired maintenance personnel to ensure the suitability of skill requirement. Maintenance for plumbing fixtures and accessories.
• Plan and Program of Maintenance Activities. Maintain Maintenance History, Equipment Health Record, Spare Parts programing. Implement cost wise repair of equipment. Technical Guidance to technicians and operation team for prevention of equipment problems.
• Oversee the customer’s satisfaction by assuring the exactness of ordered mechanical parts and fabricated as per correct drawing dimension.
• Oversee Customer’s demands by complying strictly with their needs and finished the job on time.
• Supervise accepted shop practice and 5S of Productivity and Improvement has been followed.
• Prepare drawing of parts and design of parts as per customer demands.
• Oversee the tools keeping and handling.
• Responsible in Repair and maintenance of Machine shop equipment.
