• Executes, monitoring logistics /warehouse operations like receiving, picking, Stacking, inventory, delivery works.
• Planning & Organize inbound shipments, allocating storage areas for new stocks.
• Scheduling for unloading of the inbound shipment, physically inspect & ensure all necessary steps.
• Preparing related documents (GRN, SRN, STO, MRQ ) and ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.

• Planning and coordinate stock takes / cycle counts brand basis to ensure minimal inventory variance and take immediate corrective action in case of any discrepancy
• Organize with purchase department / marketing department as required, ( Stic king new barcode / Bundle Offer /promo co packing/ insert scratch coupon) ensuring inventory levels of items are maintaining for meeting the customer demands.
• Organize with, , Shipping departments, Clearing Agents, suppliers / transporters for Clearances of Import &export consignment and for Other Issues to ensure smooth operations, preparing related documents.
• Resolve any delivery complaint issues quickly and effectively.
• Helping staff improve by offering specific trainings or learn new skills to address company needs.
• Coordinates and verify the appropriate processing of, purchase orders, receiving reports, inventory requisitions Applicable to items maintained.
• Ensuring works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
• Ensuring materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
• Focuses on location, storage, records, accounts and assisting & ensuring that cycle count program is performed regularly and on an ongoing basis and avoids over stocks.
• Assist to planning and conducting of corporate stock counts, involving physical counts, recounts, reconciliation and preparation of reports for annual audits.( Full, partial, Special inventory )
• Controls inventory stocks levels by conducting perpetual inventory stock / inventory checks. (plan based / activity driven method of cycle count by used the RF scanner / physical count).
• Preparing reports to ensure key critical areas of the stocks system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Conduct the quality control work for all inbound and outbound shipments (Post Receive Audit and Post Pick Audit.) Assign the random stock count for the weekly / monthly /quarterly stock accuracy.
• Monitor the performance of all team members logs activity rates in units/per/m an/hr works with all team members to reduce errors and increase productivity, uses best practices across the team.
• Responsible for proper stock available and preparation of detailed reports for Invalid items, slow moving stocks damage and insurance claim list for claiming.
• Perform responsibilities of maintaining work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Provides accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decisions;
• Maintains inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.
• Corresponds with vendors concerning inquiries about merchandise ordered
• Assigned, Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including receiving, picking, stacking , delivery for the customer orders,
• Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
