Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of Industrial Equipment's,
Plan and direct training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on licenses, and restrictions.
Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Maintain sales documentation for reference purposes.
Work with sales team to develop promotional activities.
Identify and contact new manufactures and vendors.
Perform price and contract negotiations with vendors as needed.
Address customer concerns promptly according to company guidelines.
Process customer payments in a timely manner.
Stay current in market trends and techniques.
Assist and Support business processes,
Prepare Reports (Sales, Performance, Payments & Any other reports related)
Reconcile the accounts payable and receivable.
Sales forecasting and Order planning.
Business Analysis and reviews.
Claim handling and customer complaints.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing parts sales business,
Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
Recommending special incentives or promotions in respect of customer accounts in order to maximize sales or address shortfalls against sales targets.
All customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively and any unresolved problems are referred to the parts manager.
Receiving all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering.
Locating unavailable items from other suppliers and arranging for delivery or process V.O.R orders
Prompt action on parts service bulletin and defective parts.
Follow up the parts delivery status and ETA with suppliers and freight forwarders
Daily and weekly stocks orders, replenishment orders are generated, checked, and get approval and forwarded to the supplier before the deadline.
Ensuring that Order ratios are met as per the Audi KPI. Controlling the warehouse for following FIFO system.
Prepare first pick rate, lost sales report and lead time report and sales analysis reports.
Maintaining promotion and display of accessories sales as per set targets.
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers.
Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
Record all sales and customer transactions.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction.
Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership. Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale.
Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Process branch transfers on scheduled time.
Control on the warehouse for following the FIFO system.
Ships cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Transfer and update new bin codes in the computer system.
Prompt action on parts service bulletin and defective parts.
• Manage the operation of the warehouse and directs the work of the warehouse staff.
• Administer the links between various data and computer applications.
• Monitor material quantities and storage locations.
• Coordinate material inventories and material issue documents.
• Expedite the receipt of material and critical material delinquent orders and monitor material deliveries in accordance with construction schedules.
• Purchase receipt of Incoming materials. Claims follow ups.
• Material follows up with suppliers and carriers. Update material locations.
• Movements of materials between work sites.
• Ensure checklist is followed for all incoming materials
• Maintaining stock level of parts and lube oils
• Regular lube station visits and support oil change technicians.
• Allocating duty schedule.
• Co ordinate the PDI works and handle vehicle delivery.
