Manages all aspects of a portfolio of critical client relationships delivering high client satisfaction and in compliance with policies and services standards. Ensures that appropriate team members are organized and included in the client relationship depending on the need.
•Works directly with each client to manage desired communication and develop and implement an annual plan. Ensure all team members adhere to all commitments. Manages account administration to ensure clients receive accurate, timely and customized service.
•Continually expands and leverages knowledge of investment management and operations, fiduciary advisement, financial planning and private banking to better identify client needs, develop and implement appropriate plans and solutions, and allocate appropriate resources in an efficient and effective manner.
•Continually reviews and manages client base to identify ways to expand book of business. Works closely with team to identify specific needs that can be addressed.
•Consistently utilizes CRM to ensure all client interaction is accurately reflected on a timely basis so team members have access to updated and accurate client information
•Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
