Entire control over warehouse, logistics and distribution operations by initiating and implementing appropriate modus operandi.Directly supervised 22 staff and managed an SKU strength of 700 plus.

• Complies with laws of federal and state related to warehousing & material handling, by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material.

• Development and implementation of necessary KPI s and SOP s for making the business flow more smooth & streamlined in an impeccable & infallible manner.
• Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of warehouse staff, as well as scheduling, ongoing employee monitoring, performance evaluation, disciplinary measures, coaching, and other human resources and quality assurance functions within supply chain department.
• Maintains the slow moving stock in an optimum level to avoid the negative impact on the working capital.
• Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
• Develop business by gaining new contracts (logistics and procurement), analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• Develop material cost forecasts and standard cost limits.
• Make sure that the IRA and CFR will meet the expected level throughout the year.

• Evaluation of Suppliers (PE) with the benchmarks related to Quality, Quantity, Price and Lead Time.
• Collaboration with Sales, Finance and Production and Customer Service departments for the smoothness of the entire process.

• Responsible for setting the optimum inventory levels considering working capital & end customer service level.
