• Managing operations with focus on profitability and optimization of resources to get New
Business, Repeat business from Existing warranty customers.
• New / Retrofit Project Sales - Operational Responsible for booking retrofit business for UAE,
Through AMC customers, tender route, contractors.
• Technical Seminar & Presentation to Consultants/Contractors.
• Support in preparing BOQ, Pre-tendering, competitive prices, Finalization, qualifying reliable Sub-contractors, execution & handing over of projects to the Customer’s satisfaction.
• Retrofit Project Execution - Operational Responsible for execution of retrofit project,
which includes: Co-ordination with customers, vendors, consultant, and architects, to meet the end result of project as per completion date target and contractual obligations.
• Responsible for collection of payment against deliveries, installation, testing & commissioning and final payment.
• Analyze customer data and take appropriate action to retain lost customers.
• Generating new business opportunities through new enquiries for direct Sales.
• Developing new contractors.
• Product Sales (Brands - Lennox, Daikin, Hitachi, Samsung)
• Supporting Main contractor on technical aspects to close the order.
• Negotiation with client/customer & main contractors for job finalization.
• Product Spec-In to client/Consultants.
• Design reviewing & Equipment scheduling.
• Technical Training of VRF to Project Team/Sub contractors.
• Sales Quotation, Enquiry Float, Costing, Estimation and Job Finalizations.
• Strategy planning and product spec-in.
