In this capacity, my responsibilities entail the oversight of both the operational and credit departments. This encompasses various tasks including cash management, facilitating the sale of deposit and banking products to customers both online and in-person, managing credit card sales, handling Retail and SME products along with credit facilities, addressing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and ensuring comprehensive reporting procedures adhered to.

• My primary responsibility to operate a morning live that significantly resulted in versatility as both a Radio Jockey and Technician, maintaining equipment functionality to deliver a professional and engaging on-air experience for listeners reaching almost 30, 000 listeners.
• My achievements during the period in my radio station for 2 years, played an important role in the improvement and enhancement of my communication and speaking skills.
• My period in a radio station with a good set of environment encourages me to learn Intermediate-level editing skills in audio production.
• With a team of 8 members, it places me at the beginning phase of marketing at the station as digital marketing in terms of voiceover through FM devices.
• During this period I achieved more confidence in myself during my speech or dealing in another professional manner.
• Although being a part-time job, it significantly changed and boosted my confidence in terms of real marketing, its working principle, ethics, and clients demands regarding their needful ad segment to reach customers as much as possible.
