• Analysis of the root cause of the multi high bandwidth capacity link failure such as 1GB and 10GB in the NMS in coordination with the field staff

• Responsible for the system administration of the exchange which includes but not limited to regular system back-up, file management and ensuring system billing data integrity by providing back-up copies for all national and inter-carriers' call data records (CDR) for billing purposes.
• Facilitate activation, change of subscriber status and services, transfer of EN facilities and deactivation of subscriber lines at the switch (DIAX). Responsible also for maintaining and management of subscriber data and ensuring plant records in the ICMS (AS400) are updated for every Service Orders (SO) and Fault Tickets being attended.
• Operation of DIGITEL Transmissions Network Backbone utilizing various transmission facilities such as HUAWEI OSN (STM Level) with redundant/protection route via NEC SDH radio and multiplexer and BOSCH SDH radio.
