Job Description
•Responsible for the completion of the procurement cycle.
•Prepare and issue purchase orders determining and negotiating prices, delivery and credit terms and buys according to established company policies and procedures.
•Coordinate with supplier about the material delivery.
•Evaluate all purchase orders and ensure accuracy in delivery with supplier.
•Communication with suppliers and track all orders and resolve any issues on same and assist.
•Communicate with the shipping department about the shipment to arrange.
•Design and maintain all supplier and vendor reports, identify and resolve discrepancies, and assist in the preparation of all data reports for procurement operations to enhance procurement planning.
•Track and coordinate relevant supplier payments, in coordination with Finance Department, as per agreed prices and timeframes to avoid delivery delays.
•Track relevant supplier & vendors’ performance, and ensure timely delivery of products and raw materials to the predetermined warehouse destination.
•Make sure that all documents and filling process are completed in accurate and efficient way according to the policy and procedure.
•Administrate, coordinate and cooperatively work with other departments to resolve all issues relevant to procurement activities.
