• Sourcing candidate and provide recruitment support to Annex Calgary branch and Vancouver branch.
• Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates through MaxHire and Bullhorn or other mediums such as Linkedin and Monster.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for job requirements.
• Successfully placed over 180 consultants in both contract and permanent roles with our enterprise clients
• Initiate, set up, and conduct interviews (approximately 12-15 per month)
• Format resumes to market qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks to ensure proper screening of qualified candidates
• Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates through MatchGuide and other mediums such as Linkedin.
• Responsible for the complete recruitment process which includes advertising job vacancies, screening applications, recruiting candidates and assisting in the selection of candidates.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for job requirements.
• Support an enterprise portfolio including multiple top ten revenue generators for the company - WestJet, Shaw, some energy and oil & gas
• Perform full cycle recruitment of a variety of IT professionals including Software Developer, Quality Assurance, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Architect, Network and Infrastructure, and Helpdesk resources
• Successfully balance multiple and shifting work priorities on a daily basis, while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
• Assist in the new hire orientation process by training and mentoring new employees - trained Recruiter Trainees that were promoted to Account Executives
