I joined ELM to work in a major project for Ministry Of Labor as a Technical Manager to analysis, design and implement all IT infrastructure and components (HW/SW) for LMO organization.
Oct 2011 ELM management promoted me to Assistant Dev Dept. Director, Development department is the biggest department in ELM with +300 employees and +350M SAR yearly budget. April-2013 ELM created Business Intelligence Department and assigned this new dept. to me. Both positions have many responsibilities and projects with all ELM clients (MOL, MOI, NIC, MOH, SCTA, …… etc.).

* Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities forimproved data management and delivery.
* Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of an operationaldata store and enterprise data warehouse.
* Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and dataquality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.
* Overseeing the ongoing development and operations of a businessintelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making andad hoc analysis and insight generation.
* Staying current with industry trends. Advising and educating management on their relative importance andimpact.
