Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, structural and advise design managers as necessary.
Review & Approval of Mechanical Systems Technical Submittals for buildings related services such as HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, LPG System, Water Features, Kitchen & Laundry Equipment, and other related Mechanical System.
Ensure that the deliverables provided to the project are technically accurate, within specifications, scope, budget, and schedule, suitable for the intended purpose and in compliance with quality procedures and project plans.
Review & approval of project technical submittals in accordance with project specification requirements. (Shop Drawing, Material & Equipment Document Submittals)
Review & evaluate contractor technical query & give necessary approval in compliance with project specification requirements & in compliance with its applicable code & standards.
