• Supervise and Performs admin duties and office support in multiple activities such as fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Maintain the Cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk Area at all the Times.
• Handling all the cash transaction of an organization
• Making Payroll and pay slip for all employees
• Prepare list of Orders for all departments
• Coordinates complex administrative tasks within assigned component, initiates changes in procedures as needed.
• Arranges a variety of meetings, conferences and special projects.
• Assists the Division Head in planning and organizing travel itineraries/business trips.
• Composes and keyboards documents, reports, correspondences, agendas and minutes of meetings. Proofreads documents for accuracy, completeness and conformity to established formats. Creates brochures, forms and flyers for events organized by the management.
• May design, develop and update website coordinating with appropriate department for implementation
• Establish and maintain an effective filing system for all the confidential and non-confidential documents, reports and business plans.
• Maintain adequate stocks of stationery and supplies.
• Raises requisitions through SAP - Plant Maintenance Module & Materials Requisitions.
• Answer queries, resolves problems personally or through others to avoid unnecessary involvement of the Division Head.
• Process Invoices submitted to the department for payment.
• Assists in the preparation of the Department Budget Proposal/Report.
• Supports in the monthly preparation of Budget Accruals submitted to Finance Department.
Serves as the administrative and functional point person for the Managing Director’s business, and personal matters to ensure smooth functioning of movements and processes in all of his day-to-day undertaking.
Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers, Aims for career advancement by seeking improvements and being consistent in the performances.
Handle customer complain in calm manners.
Have a good knowledge of the store’s policy on refunds and exchanges, and deal promptly and effectively with customers.
Handle telephone inquiries about store hours or stock availability.
Assist all Cashiers for their queries and request.
To assist all clients especially on corporate division. Coordinate and communicate with corporate accounts. Do quality field works. Promote the company Image and products.
Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Generate reports on inventory balance and shortage.
File documents for daily inventory check.
Coordinates and communicates to the other branches and in warehouse for the availability of the merchandise for deliveries.
Coordinate with shipping to ensure all receiving shipments are moving in and out of warehouse as scheduled.
Count merchandise in stock and post totals to inventory records.
Stage loading and unloading areas with appropriate equipment, materials and space.
Prepare, package, document and deliver outgoing materials.
Oversee data system for storage and tracking of goods and shipments.
To sell first rate product and to expand and develop new business opportunities. Coordinate and communicates with the dealers for the accounts and present new products. Responsible for the sales and marketing of the computer parts.
Researching ideas, clients and markets.
Coordinating with clients, other agency staff and external suppliers of goods and services.
