- Responsible for the perpetual revision and improvement of existing software and hardware requirements including database for client billing, receivables collection, warehouse accounting, financial accounting and personnel records that are intended to improve productivity of the core software and hardware systems.
- Responsible for the documentation of the agency’s IT equipment inventory, bids and awards committee, and maintenance.
• Successfully initiated and programmed the Employee’s Payroll Systems (EPS) and Government Service Records of the agency (GSR)
• Handles branch databases, electronic data and network reports on the service center’s sales and equipment.
• Acts as local counterpart of the AVON Head Office MIS in Metro Manila
• Acts as Systems Administrator for all automated systems of the Avon service center
• Develops and improves, together with the main office MIS Team, the "Store Point of Sales System" of the department store.
• Functions as Database Administrator for accounting, inventory and personnel databases
• Acts as Network Administrator for the cash register network within the store
• Works closely with the Cashier's Supervisor in orienting and training employees on the Store Point of Sales Systems utilized by the department store
• Troubleshoots network failures
- Install and maintains CCTV systems
