● Influenced strategic business decisions in partnership with ME Director; applied knowledge of local laws, market / economic shifts, and business insights.
● Championed change, advocating for policy updates on internal controls, refinement of cost reduction processes, and implementation of systems.
Having 3 direct reports, responsible for preparation of Budget, Quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, monthly MIS reports, Sales Flash, Credit Control and Debt collection within credit period, AP Management, General Ledger Accounting, CAPEX Accounting and Analysis, Inventoy management, Payroll processing, Trade Finance and banking facility management, Annual Financial Audited Reports, Legal and statutory compliance.
